Process
From idea to store listing in five phases
Discovery
We define the problem, the user, and the one outcome the product has to deliver. You get a written scope and a shortlist of what we're intentionally leaving out.
Design
Flows and screens first, in the real design system. You review clickable direction before engineering starts, so changes are cheap.
Build
Short iterations with a working build you can open. Nothing sits invisible for weeks — progress is something you can tap, not just read about.
Launch
Store submission, listing assets, privacy disclosures, and release checks handled end to end. We drive the launch, not just the code.
Support
The relationship keeps going: monitoring, OS-update maintenance, fixes, and a roadmap for what comes next.
